ENTERPRISE BUSINESS / CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As an Enterprise Business & Channel Development Manager, your role will require you to take the ownership of overall enterprise business in-country, orchestrate the onboarding of new enterprise business-focused channel partners, and lead their enterprise pre-sales/sales team onboarding, training, and sales to become an active partner in our ecosystem. This role required advanced technical/business development skills in the area of enterprise business.
Key Responsibilities:
° Accountable for overall enterprise business sales target
° Lead partner onboarding planning, training, developing, and sales reporting activities
° Manage channel partners and ensure alignment on sales target delivery
° Develop strong business relationships with the business owners and drive the business divisions strategy
° Focus on maintaining healthy margins and constant improvement of channel business process
° Understand partner needs and execute on these maintaining high partner satisfaction
° Builds long-term, strategic relationships with strategic partners/channel partners
Requirements
° 5+ years of B2B product/solution & channels business experience
° Presentation and consultative sales skills
° Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English language
° Excellent understanding of the local market
° Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
° Excellent executive presence
° Good problem solver with the ability to maintain strong collaborative partnerships
