Key purpose of the Job

The Cluster Administration Manager heads the administration function for the concerned SBU and is responsible for driving achievement of the overall cluster administration for security, transportation, Cafeteria and Facility Management deliverables. Includes managing budgets, advising the plant teams, deploying SOPs / corporate guidelines, vendor management, security & loss prevention, plant audits / reviews and driving functional initiatives for the cluster and centre. Leads the SBU Administration teams across the Plants and Centre

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for planning and deployment of Cluster Administration with respect to Security, Transportation, Cafeteria & Facility Management objectives, SOPs, guidelines and budgets to the Plants / Centre teams.
2. Drive achievement of the overall Cluster Administration deliverables, including budget management, SOPs adherence, vendor management, etc.
3. Conduct plant visits, audits and reviews to drive operational excellence, trouble shooting / issues resolution and stake holder satisfaction initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders for achievement of the functional deliverables & KPIs, including MIS and reporting as per guidelines.
5. Lead the Cluster Administration teams across the Plants and Centre.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ General Management/ Science or any other equivalent in relevant field

Experience

8 to 10+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 4 years in a plant administration/managerial role Strong knowledge of local laws and network in the local communities, outsourced vendor management and security/ administration procedures.
