WHAT WE EXPECT
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or other related areas
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to build and maintain client and customer databases
- Attention to detail and the ability to apply critical thought processes to multiple projects at a given time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data analysis and research skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Presentation skills and the ability to explain strategies to internal and external parties
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM, social media, and project management tools and technologies
- Experience in working with design tools would be an added advantage
- Being a gaming enthusiast would be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating and engaging in leads through a combination of emails, phone calls, and online chat messages
- Create marketing content such as case studies, website, blog posts, and sales videos
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and new products that the company will offer to clients and customers
- Identifying, cultivating, managing, and ongoing activation of clients
- Briefing internal teams on new product releases
- Assisting the executive team with proposals or presentations as required
- Researching ways to penetrate new markets
- Testing new products and services to gain a personalized experience
- Assisting the executive team in resolving issues and handling client issues
- Assist in identifying both new and ongoing client opportunities, while growing and maintaining client relationships that complement our current products
