Key purpose of the Job

As the Counsellor, you will be reporting to the Group Consultant – Psychologist of the Brandix Group. You will Work within the vision, mission, and philosophy of Brandix, adhering to all ethical and confidentiality principals, under limited supervision working independently in a factory setting, coordinating needed counselling sessions, services, understanding the complexity of everyone, while blending the clinical care using the strength-based philosophy. Provide facilitation, assessment, case management, liaising with internal and external members as needed, ensuring a culturally competent understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The primary job role is face to face therapeutic Counseling. In addition, conducting online psychometric clinical assessments, and goal setting via a needs assessments during counseling sessions is required.
2. Be the living embodiment of the company’s vision, mission and values.
3. Work with minimum supervision independently in a factory setting.

4. Build relationships with associates from the factory to integrate with them apart from resolving personal issues.

5. Be involved in engaging with associates during the daily floor walks.
