Job Responsibilities
- Timely preparation and sharing of Demand Plans, Annual Plan Preparation & Performance reporting, situational updates & Coordination with SC.
- Provide monthly best estimate information to finance as per the agreed time line.
- Top Line Primary and RD Sales Reporting, Identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- KPI Designing & Timely updating to sales force.
- Coordinate & Initiate Demand Planning Meetings & Credit Meetings, all sales related Meetings including – Prepare Data
- Process Innovation such as Surge System Improvements (Reports), Support to analyze tactical data (New Ideas)
Person Specifications
- Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Market Insights.
- Or equivalent with hands-on experience in analytical tools with 2-4 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Being CIMA qualified will be an addition qualification.
- Thorough knowledge in sales, sales operation, executional KPIs, channel marketing and marketing finance.
- Technical knowledge on demand planning techniques, manage insights and how to provide recommendations, Analytical skills including MS Excel.
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, time management, decision making ability, negotiation skills, business acumen.
