Key purpose of the Job

The Group Engineering Commercials Lead is responsible for executing the commercial aspects for the Group Engineering function. This includes validation of CAPEX in terms of ROI / NPV / Life Cycle Cost and project budget/ cost. Driving cost reduction with the respective Engineering pillars through effective strategic sourcing / vendor management initiatives, reviewing project governance, SOPs & benchmarking processes for achievement of the Commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for computing of Engineering Projects through effective analysis of ROI / NPV / Life Cycle Cost and project budget/ cost.
2. Drive cost reduction initiatives with the respective Engineering pillars through effective vendor analysis, strategic sourcing and vendor management processes
3. Coordinate with the respective Engineering pillars and cross functional stake holders for project governance, SOPs and benchmarking initiatives
4. Initiating procurement of sewing/ non- sewing machineries, plants & equipment, spare parts, needles and related items

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Finance/ Business Management

Experience

3 to 4 years’ experience in Finance / Supply Chain function with strong understanding of Engineering commercials (for example, project ROI analysis, project cost management)
