Executive Housekeeper
Job Responsibilities
The Executive Housekeeper will overlook the entire housekeeping operation according to established quality and standards to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the department’s financial performance. You will understand the impact of the department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures. This role will develop and implement policies and procedures for the resort’s housekeeping operation and keep the housekeeping team focused on the critical components of operations to achieve exceeded guest satisfaction. Furthermore, this role will inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
Person Specifications
Do you demonstrate the ability to lead, guide, develop, and motivate people at all levels? Do you have strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, and organizational skills? Do you have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury Resort environment?
