Executive – Human Resources

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Assistant Manager – Human Resources.

The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for:

• Identifying training needs of the organization and devising plans to ensure the successful addressing of training and development needs of employees
• Assist in Talent management and succession planning process
• Developing and executing the employee engagement event calendar, maintaining a friendly and participative work environment for all employees
• Administering Rewards and Recognition for all staff
• Overlooking HR Administration and assist in executing Special Projects
• Refining policies and processes

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess 3-years work experience in a similar job role together with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or a Professional Qualification
• Be willing to travel on business requirement
