About the job
Key Responsibilities
ü Responsible for independently leading Generalist activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Attrition Analysis, Career Planning, performance management etc.
ü Induction & Orientation.
ü Training & Development.
ü Employee Relations & Grievance Handling.
ü The incumbent will be partnering with the business to develop innovative HR strategies supporting business objectives.
ü Manage relationship with internal customers.
ü Performance Management – Driving performance Management for the Business Unit/s through the operations team. IPMP.
ü Policy and process implementation- ensuring policy implementation by businesses.
ü Attrition control – Conceptualizing action plans based on trends and feedback in consultation with business.
ü Employee Satisfaction Initiatives – Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.
ü Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
ü Drive Site level initiatives: Driving employee engagement initiatives.
ü Develop and implement an effective mentoring framework.
ü Workday – New Hire details, Increments etc.
ü Lead specific HR programs across the teams.
ü Monthly, Quarterly, Annual HR reports.
Position Requirements
ü Graduate in Business Administration or Professional Qualification in HRM from IPM or NIBM.
ü Minimum Two Yeas’ Executive Level Experience Required.
ü Experience in Service Industry would will be an added advantage.
ü Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues.
ü Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management.
ü Knowledge in Industrial relations and labour law.
ü Willing to work long hours and independently.
ü Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems such as MS Office and Outlook.
ü An excellent command of written and spoken English communication skills.
