Executive – Inside Sales Development
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Absorb the customer onboarding process and be ready to start contacting new prospects
· Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions and /or responses
· Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects
· Proactively calling prospects in target markets on a daily basis
· Answering sales emails and qualifying new leads over the phone
KEY COMPETENCIES
· Good track record of secondary education
· Excellent negotiation skills and be persistent
· Excellent command in English and Sinhala/ Tamil languages
· Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
· A minimum of 3 passes at G. C. E. A/L.
· Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
· Computer literacy and good administrative skills
· Ability to maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
