Scope

As Executive – Lean Manufacturing, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager – Lean Manufacturing of the SBU. You will be responsible for implementation of the assigned BCIP initiatives/projects at the SBU Centre/plants. Your role encompasses coordination with relevant teams for effective project implementation, facilitation of BCIP training initiatives, monitoring/reporting of project benefits realization and execution of assigned special BCIP initiatives. You will also support the company’s future plans and help drive the company values and culture across to all its employees.

Responsibilities

•Implementation of assigned BCIP initiatives/projects at the SBU Centre/plants

•Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders for achievement of functional objectives

•Prepare MIS and reporting for all BCIP functional initiatives as per procedure

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Textile Technology/Operations or Business Management

•1 – 3+ years of relevant functional experience with understanding of BCIP/Lean techniques, process orientation and project management skills
