Executive – Projects and Maintenance

Job Responsibilities
– Responsible for the overall maintenance of JKLL facilities, vehicle fleet, storage handling equipment and material handling equipment.
– Develop and implement a detailed maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment/assets are well maintained and kept in proper working condition.
– Work closely with the Procurement team to identify service providers (OEM or other), spare part vendors engineering partners, contractors and ensure timely execution of activities through setting up AMCs with clear SLAs
– Maintenance budgeting and control
– Assist Solutions Department and Operations Department in project commercialization
– Conduct project technical feasibility studies and provide management with relevant information
– Identify terms and conditions of the property agreements and coordinate with landlords
Person Specifications
– Academic or equivalent professional qualification in NDT, Engineering or Project Management
– Minimum 1 year of prior experience in facilities management, supplier negotiation or Engineering
– Experience in project management in construction/civil engineering will be a plus
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability in managing multiple stakeholders demands effectively
