Executive – Quality Systems
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Upgrading & maintaining quality and Food safety standards
- Ensure implementation for verification activities of HACCP plan
- Ensure GMPs are followed in all areas of the manufacturing process in order to eliminate any kind of food related risks
- Periodically visit factories of suppliers of raw material and packing material
- Evaluate manufacturing conditions; Report on visits to senior management along with recommendations in order to ensure the quality of the raw materials and packing materials that come into the factory
- Coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders on System Related Matters
- Maintain other ISO requirements & compliance with emergency response plan
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/ Bio Science or Agriculture with at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably with ISO lead auditor qualification and 1 years’ experience in Quality/Food Safety Systems Management
- Knowledge on Manufacturing Consumer Food Products and related Food Technology, Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Methodology, Food Standards and related regulatory requirements, Food safety awareness & implementation. Industrial Relations Legislation, Environment, Health and Safety legislation
