Payout?

• USD 750 base for SE / SSE / ATL levels
  • • USD 150 top up for every recurring selection during a period of 02 calendar months
• USD 1000 base for TL upward levels
  • • USD 250 top up for every recurring selection during a period of 02 calendar months
• Reward (100%) will be granted once the referred employee joins the company.

Exchange Rate?

• The USD to LKR conversion rate considered during the payout, would be similar to the monthly rate acquired by 99x from the partner bank.

CV Ownership and Validity?

• The ‘ownership’ of the CV will be based on first come – first serve basis, regardless of the input channel – direct apply, employee referral, external referral or agency referral etc.
• The ‘ownership’ referred to above, will stay intact for 06 months from the first entry into the Application Tracking System (ATS).

CV Tracking?

• Upon referring we request for your name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn profile as mandatory inputs.
• Any request for feedback/status could be directed to Careers@99x.io

Additional information

• The HR/Management team could wish to withdraw/make amendments to the above policy at any given time without prior notice.
• Only shortlisted candidates would be contacted for proceedings.
