Job Description

Preparing monthly management accounts

Setting-up, preparing and maintaining reporting of business performance indicators versus expectations and presenting in monthly reviews

Monitoring and processing all local sales and stock disposals as per the guidlines

Providing analytical and commercial support to improve business performance

Reviewing and overseeing ledgers and preparing cash and stock reconciliations

Preparation of operational budgets.

Analysis of production and Inventory status of the Factory and report to Monthly meetings

Ensure the accuracy of payments related to Factory including Wages

Ensure the updating of all day to day transactions to the ERP system

Maintaining and reconciling the Asset Register

Core Skills

Proactive and self-starting with a solution-driven mindset, taking ownership of work and delivering results

Excellent planning skills

Ability to anticipate (e.g. consequences, implications)

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications

Full/ Part qualification of CIMA / ACCA, other professional qualifications or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in a Manufacturing Environment
