Key purpose of the Job

As a Graduate Trainee – Finance, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager of Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited – Casualwear. You will be responsible for assisting with the achievement of financial KPIs of the location, ensure a sound control environment within the location to ensure assets are safeguarded, maintain integrity of financial statements, and provide financial input for decisions/proposals made within the manufacturing unit. You will also be required to partner with the Cross functional team, BU Accountant and the CFO effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Ensure accuracy of Management and Statutory reports
  • Adhere to internal and external deadlines for reports and safeguard assets
  • Ensure all payments are as per Group policies, establishing a strong control process
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the Finance division

Education

A Degree in Finance or a passed Finalist of CASL/ACCA or CIMA.

Experience

A minimum of 6 months experience in the Apparel industry will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting and analytics
Good team player with excellent communication skills
