Key purpose of the Job

As Graduate Trainee – works HR, you will be reporting to the Manager – works HR of the SBU. You will be required to facilitate and function the employee engagement, employee relation activities for the SBU.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting/coordinating different surveys to identify employee engagement interventions
2. Plan employee engagement activities & actions based on different inputs and feedback
3. Budgeting and managing employee engagement budgets
4. Creating employee engagement event calendar and managing it
5. Plan and execute HR related events in a creative and engaging manner
6. Playing a supportive role managing HR Operations and L&D whenever required
