HR Business Partner – Nordics
Job Description
In this role, you will be joining the Nordic HR team during an existing time of transformation.
This is fantastic opportunity where you will be accountable for delivering a hands on, operational end to end HR service on the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits etc across the Nordics.
You will be providing a complete HR generalist service where you will drive best practices, ensuring that process and documentation are being developed and implemented in the best way possible whilst observing local laws and in line with global policies.
As HR Business Partner you will working as a strategic partner with business leaders to manage their teams on a broad range of HR matters as well as provide proactive and reliable daily operational and advisory support to the organisation
You will be responsible for executing on the HR business frameworks, policies, plans and procedures to support the business’ strategic and operational priorities and key initiatives.
Develop employee relations policies and procedures and provide coaching to leaders regarding effective workplace strategies.
For this role, it’s essential to have a solid understanding of Nordic employment laws and experience from union negotiations (especially for Finland) and be able to have a hands-on approach to tackle everything from administration to coaching conversations whilst we transform the HR organisation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have great collaborating skills and used to working in a fast paced, growing business. You can act on own initiative and is a self-starter.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR BP/Generalist and is fluent in English. Swedish speaking is a plus
