We are looking for a HR Data Science Intern to perform various task around HR reporting and data visualization.

We are supporting our IFS colleagues with Microsoft Power BI Solutions, dashboard, standard reports and ad hoc reports, all based on data from our HRIS system with the intention to give insight and decision support in various projects, activities as well as day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and build HR-related reports and dashboard as needed
• Monthly reporting administration  of HR data to various counterparts in IFS
• Assist in quality assurance activities
• Address HR colleagues questions about data and reports

• Following a degree in Information Technology  or an equivalent professional qualification. 
• The ability to work full time long term basis for 1-2 years. 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills.
