HR Intern – Talent Development
This role contributes to the achievement of the Allianz Lanka business and people strategy by supporting Head of Talent Development on local, regional and/or global learning & development initiatives, and end-to-end program management
Key Responsibilities
•Assist Head of Talent Development on local, regional and/or global learning & development initiatives, and end-to-end program management
•Involve in the process of training need identification to evaluation of the programs and map out Annual/Quarterly/Monthly training calendars
•Engage with local vendor partners/service providers as needed
•Be in charge of payment processing and monitor budgets
•Maintain & update training catalogs and training records/data base in a timely manner
•Manage Learning Management System
•Organize new employee orientations and other trainings
•Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and logistics in organizing new employee orientations and other training programs
Key requirements
•Bachelors degree or full or part professional qualification in HR from a recognized institute.
•3 to 4 years of experience in the field of HR /Learning & Development with a proven track record (Exposure to Learning & Development function would be highly recognised).
•Strong IT literacy (MS Office)
•Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) in Sinhala & English languages (Tamil will be a plus)
•Self-motivated personality with strong interpersonal skills .
•Should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable in multi tasking
