Human Resource Intern
JOB ROLE
- Ensuring smooth functioning of the onboarding & offboarding process.
- Update the relevant HR information database in a timely & accurate manner.
- Responsible for maintaining HR personal files & related documentation.
- Manage the leave & attendance systems.
- Assisting with matters relating to EPF & ETF of Employees.
- Assisting with organizing & implementing employee activities & events.
- Assisting the HR Manager to execute day to day tasks of the HR function
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate Level in HRM or following a professional qualification in HRM.
- Successfully Completed GCE OLs and ALs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Should be a great team player.
- Working Days are from Monday to Friday.
- People person, pleasant personality with enthusiasm, energy, dedication, and integrity.
- Excellent IT literacy skills (MS Office & Google Applications).
