Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assisting HR with the process of recruitment.
- Assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
- Entering employee data into a computer database
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
- Attend to general HR queries and requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business Management, or other relevant fields
- Minimum one year of experience in an HR-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of general HR administrative work practices and methods.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English and Sinhala).
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage.
