Responsibilities
- Assist HR division with HR, Admin
- Maintain personal files of employees
- Handle stationery stock and purchases
- Assist with recruitment and orientation
- Maintain HR records on HRIS
- Visit labour department for EPF matters
- You maybe required to assist the Finance division when required
Skills
- Good verbal and writing skills in English
- Outgoing personality with a knack for dealing with people
- Methodical and neat
- Knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint is a must
Qualifications
- Studying for CQHRM or a related HR degree or professional qualification
- An accounting qualification will be an added advantage
