Job Mission
The mission of an HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a crucial link towards striking a balance between the company, client and employee. By collaborating closely with various internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Engineering, and Learning & Development, the HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with talent strategies. The HRBP’s goal is to foster a productive and engaging work environment that supports both client satisfaction and employee well-being, ultimately driving organizational success.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform HR Business Partner role for employees and clients in Gapstars as the key personnel between teams and stakeholders
● Drive performance evaluations liaising with clients, Account Managers, Leads, and Employees.
● Accountable for payroll updating the changes and approving the salary sheet liaising with the Finance department.
● Responsible for liaising the weekly/ monthly salary and expense details with the respective departments
● Responsible for developing and maintaining HR strategies, policies, and practices, if necessary, with the client and team focus.
● Structuring Reward, recognition, compensation, and benefits and educating the client, management, and employees accordingly.
● Managing staff wellness initiatives such as grievance handling, coaching, and mentoring for better work-life.
● Statutory requirements aligning with the country’s law and legislative requirements
● Respect confidentiality in discussing employee, client and organizational matters.
● Maintain confidentiality of organization fiscal and personnel-related information.
● Drafts, submits and presents various performance and management reports.
● Responsible for all employees (Business visits) to NL and all related arrangement processes.
● Responsible for employees’ document administrations and operational activities.
● Entire Human Resources Management of the respective business units/ teams
● Reporting to Management on all Human Resources matters of the business units/ teams
- PQHRM/CQHRM or Bachelors degree in HR field.
- 5-8 years of related experience in the HR domain
- Exposure to the European Work Culture will be an added advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A peoples’ person with a passion to do more in terms of HR.
- Ability to create and present ideas, dashboards, and reports in various formats.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of commercial and client perspective
