Human Resources Executive Duties and Responsibilities
• Involve in onboarding and offboarding process for resign employees.
• Conduct staff recruitments & selections process
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievance and counseling employees when required.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Qualifications
• Degree or equilant experience in Human Resources Managment.
• 3+ years of working experience in a role in the Human Resources department.
• Previous working experience in IT industry is an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills with solid communication skills
