Responsibilities
- Involve in the recruitment process
- Involve in the resignation process
- Involve in special projects which are undertaken by the organization
- Assist with HR compliance procedures and best practices
- Maintenance of proper filing system for HR records and documents
- Assisting with the daily office duties and tasks
Qualifications
- An Undergraduate / Graduate in Human Resource Management stream.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills
