Job Description :

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our Performance and Wellbeing team. We are looking for a self driven professional to provide coordination and support recruitments, onboarding, and people services and management for our team. You will be working with our senior managers, and directors to deliver service excellence.

• Coordinate and conduct new recruitments and onboarding
• Collaborate with the hiring team to develop recruitment strategies
• Create presentations and other collateral
• Represent SilverStripers at various universities, career fairs etc.
• Support the team and advice on people processes and programmes as appropriate
