Human Resources Manager
One of our prestigious clients are looking for an HR Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The HR Manager will be reporting directly to General Manager Human Resources based in Sydney. The Right candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration and exposed to working with an overseas company along with overseas travels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute HR roadmap of the company.
· Provide support in HR functions across diverse teams in Colombo and Australia
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance review and payroll processes
· Take the lead on team engagement initiatives to yield a high team delight
· Develop and maintain HR policies and SOPs in collaboration with the leadership team
· Manage the HR Information System and all relevant HR modules and processes
Requirements:
· Degree in Human Resources or related field
· 5+ years of previous HR Manager /Leadership experience
· Knowledge of HR Information Systems
· In-depth knowledge of labour law and current HR best practices
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
· Fluent communications and presentation skills in English
· High degree of IT literacy and use of MS Office / MS Teams
· Ability to multitask, work independently, work according to the Australian calendar
