Responsibilities
• Overall HR Management
• Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities within the organization
• Provide a range of HR services from Joining to Exit
• Providing assistance and guidance in all Employee related matters
• Work Closely with Corporate HR to implement and evaluate policies, programs and practices
• Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction for new hires
• Preparation of all employee contracts and other relevant letters
• Performance Management
• Identifying Training needs and requirements
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Employee Engagement
• Coordination for all Group Insurance policies and other Insurance related matters
• Maintains Compliance with Local Employment laws and regulations
• Review Policies and recommend best practices to maintain compliance
• Qualifications/ Other requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HR
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business administration
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and approachable
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Sound Knowledge of employment related laws, New Government regulations etc.
