The Job
- Support on advance analytics projects for retail sales function
- Support routine analytics and reporting for business requirements
- Conduct hypothesis testing on business claims
- Suggest new analytics use cases
- Apply simple problem-solving methodologies to diagnose and solve operational problems
- Clean and prepare data as suitable for analytical tasks
- Presenting findings & actionable intelligence to relevant stakeholders
- Development of dashboard to cater divisional business requirements
- Carry out data preparation, exploratory analysis
The Person
- Undergraduate in Statistics/Applied statistics/Data Science or related field
- Halfway through professional qualification (CIMA, CIM, ACCA, CMA…) will be plus
- Ability to prioritize assignments to result in efficient and deadline sensitive duties
- Sound knowledge in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications
- Verbal & Written communication capabilities in English & Sinhala
