Intern – Customer Value Management

The Job

• Responsible in conducting researches to identify market movement to understand the risk and opportunities.
• Responsible for carrying out periodical analytical activities to find targetable segments and groups.
• Should support Campaign Manager on Developing monthly & quarterly campaign calendar for multi-channel Campaign execution.
• Responsible for carrying out campaign Pre & Post launch analysis to measure campaign efficiency.
• Should campaign and segment related month on month performance dashboard management.
• Should involve in minor UAT sessions and end user testing.
• Responsible for assisting Campaign Manager in obtaining campaign materials & coordinating with cross functional team

The Person

• Following a Degree or Full / Part qualification in Statistics / Mathematics / Management or Marketing from a recognized university or institute
• Possess a comprehensive knowledge in advance excel skills
• Knowledge in SQL and Tableau will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Should be a team player
• Willingness to work in a fast phased environment.
