The Job

• Responsible to welcome visitors pleasantly and courteously and respond positively to their queries and inquire the purpose of their visit
• Should clearly communicate and direct them to the relevant/ correct department/person
• Answer incoming calls and transfer calls promptly to the intended recipient in an efficient manner
• Ensure all the documents received for Senior Management are dispatched to relevant secretaries on timely basis without any delays

The Person

• Minimum GCE Ordinary Level/Diploma or relevant qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have an outgoing personality
• Proficiency in MS Office package would be an added advantage
