Role

Key responsibility of the internship will involve working with the Dialog BSS Operation team to analysis, follow-up current system issues with Dev ops or Development team. documentation the process flow and create SOP’s. Ensure that the incident management and problem management process is followed and executed for the Software are systems.

The Job

• Manage various internal / external customer complaints effectively to maintain expected complaint resolution time.
• Follow the incident management procedure defined for issue resolution for the compliance of issue resolution.
• Ensure maximum systems support is provided for internal/external staff to resolve the problems
• Coordinate with L3 support team members define the problems which would help to resolve the problems.
• Prepare statistical & operational reports.
• Troubleshooting system issues to identify the issues accurately.
• Responsible to monitor, analyze issues and coordinate with vendors for support
• Responsible for routine and systematic monitoring of processes and take corrective actions.
• Participating requirement gathering sessions and giving operational requirements to bridge the requirement gaps.
• User acceptance (UAT) of new releases and change Requests to adopt with customer requirement New deployment and reviews.

The person

• Undergraduate students perusing education in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Electronics from a recognized university
• Good Understanding on the depths and breadths of IT literacy
• Experience with any IT Language, SQL, Linux
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with the team and ability to presenting information to varied technical and non-technical audience

Note that the initial internship contract would be for a period of 6 months, and has the option to be extended up to 11 months depending on your availability and performance. You will also receive an allowance of Rs. 20,000/= per month during the internship period.
