The Job

  • Work closely with Business Process Analyst to understand the process diagrams
  • Convert process diagrams to workflows by designing/implementing them with a drag n drop(no-code/low-code) visual tool
  • Work closely with internal clients/departments/users to understand/analyze requirements when designing/implementing workflows

The Person

  • Degree or a higher diploma in the ICT/Process field from a recognized institution
  • Min 1 year of experience in the similar field of work would be an added advantage
  • Understanding of computer programming
  • Knowledge in Javascript
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Understanding or REST/SOAP/JSON/etc
  • Having understanding on report generation through visualization tools (ex. Tableau or any other) would be an added advantage
