Role Profile

The intern will work in the Corporate Human Resource department and will support the on-boarding, orientation, and induction of new employees and/or drive and support diversity and inclusion and well-being activities with managers for Sri Lanka.

Required skills and experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package.
• Part / fully qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
• Support analytics and dashboards related to this function.
• Aid all network internal and external activity for manager to build and maintain relationships to achieve strategic and operational targets.
• Flexibility in work style required to work out of any of LSEG Sri Lanka offices or external meetings.
• Self-learner, self-starter, tech savvy, and knowledgeable on digital engagement and social media.
