What you will do?

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic intern who is customer centric and friendly IT person who want to kick start their career.

This position supports the IT Team based in Sri Lanka.

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to the local office
• Basic computer, printer, and network troubleshooting
• Work with regional team for IT stuffs
• Prepare laptops for staffs, ensure all platforms/software used by the company are installed
• Collect laptops and reset upon staff’s resignations
• Manage user accounts for staffs
• Contact vendor/manufacturer to fix hardware problems
• Manage IT infrastructure and assets of the local office
• Onboarding local new employees across multiple systems and platforms

What skills and experience you will need?

• A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in computer studies/IT or any relevant subjects
• Major in computer networking is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Ability to work independently
• Be friendly, supportive, and helpful to all internal users
• Have an attitude “I’m ready to help”
• Highly organized and great at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and follow-up
• You are meticulous with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of Office365, networking, computer hardware
