Key purpose of the Job

You will be reporting to Assistant Manager – Projects and supporting daily testing activities. The Intern projects, will be responsible to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure assigned administrative activities are conducted to deliver assigned learning and development-related projects of Brandix group, within the agreed time frame, cost, quality and to agreed customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (trainers, participants, L&D executives) and ensuring both physical and virtual training sessions are conducted smoothly.
• Ensuring administrative support is provided to execute development/assessment centres
• Coordinating and preparing training material for sessions and making certain materials are distributed timely to the participants.
• Ensuring session feedback is taken from the participants, analysed and distributed to relevant stakeholders to guarantee the session quality.
