How you will make an impact:

• Develop applications using general languages and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST and SOAP) to support business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and modify workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow editor.
• Working on integration of third-party tools with ServiceNow using APIs, REST, SOAP, workflows, OOTB integrations.
• Perform the initial testing to ensure that the code is functioning as expected.
• Exposure to best practices and demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures
• Exposure to areas and modules of ServiceNow (including Service Portal, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Event Management, CMDB, Asset Management, etc.)
• Writing common script types of ServiceNow including: Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and CSS.

What we look for:

• Have experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST and SOAP Integrations (one or multiple).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Some understanding of ITIL and related processes for Service Delivery.
• Good Problem-solving skills.
• Are adaptable and flexible.
