Junior Accountant/Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation
• Perform daily sales register audit /reconciliation
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and
  trends.
• Execution of monthly general ledger, month end close, ensuring accurate results are delivered on time
  for reporting
• Support external and internal audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility and help/
  develop accounting process and procedures

Other responsibilities include but not limited to participating in special projects, system
implementation, process enhancement or ad hoc analysis as assigned

Qualifications

• Highly proficient written and oral English communication.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance with full or part qualification in CA, CPA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping & Accounting functions in a reputed Company.
• Auditing experience in big 4 audit firm would be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge on technical accounting and application of financial reporting standards
• Experience in computerized Accounting and using web-based applications.
• Excellent self-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle a large volume of data.
