Junior CRM Associate

Job Description

• Primarily responsible for the executional tasks associated with the channels of Push Notifications, e-mail newsletters and Message Centre notifications.
• After Marketing plan is finalised, work closely with the design team for deliverables daily and ensure the communications and designs are up to relevant channel standards and error free.
• Task creation for Push Notifications and Message Centre channels after daily schedule and content is finalised.
• Focus on user conversion, and retention marketing strategies – with objective on optimizing the channels performances
• Assist team in data analysis, ad-hoc and changes in automation journeys.
• Responsible for data extraction and performance analysis of their respective channels.
• Broadly responsible for coordinating with other CRM associates to align on the multi-channel strategy and maintain a coherent strategy in relation to other CRM engagement channels.
• Serve a supporting role in execution of operational tasks of other channels like Web Push Notifications if required.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize the channels by identifying the key areas of improvements.
• Report & communicate outcomes of the analysis/CRM reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or
  a similar field
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 1 year of work experience preferred. Background in analytical positions or
  start-ups are an added advantage.
• 6-12 months experience in CRM / digital marketing operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel required.
• Proficiency in basic SQL & HTML will be an added advantage.
• Creative, hardworking, methodical and very structured.
• Ability to work independently and within the team.
• Willingness to learn, try new things, live outside of normal “comfort zone”
