About the job

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Digital Marketing who can be a team player for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy at Abans PLC (Certified as a great place to work in Sri Lanka by Great Place to Work Sri Lanka). This is a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Job Description

• Knowledge in digital marketing strategy and concept
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Team player
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
• Technical knowledge in chatbot flow development will be an added advantage
• Technical knowledge in development will be an added advantage

Job Role

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
• Manage Google Ads
• Attending to customers’ inquires.
• Block development and optimization in an online chatbot platform.
• Self-interest to learn new tools
• Chatbot flow automation. (Training will be provided)
• Keyword optimization for artificial intelligence.
• Bug fixing.
• Platform management and optimization according to Facebook Guidelines.
• Campaign optimization with a chatbot (Training will be provided)

Position Requirements

• Bachelor in Business or related to information technology (Computer science, Software engineering) or Advance Diploma in Business or related to information technology (Computer science, Software engineering) will be an added advantage.
