Responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts and recovering premiums that are in arrears

• Identify outstanding payments due to AIA
• Follow up with customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment
• May answer inquiries and troubleshoot problems according to customer response, or liaise with external collection agencies as appropriate
