Requirements

• Impeccable English speaking and writing skills.
• High computer literacy (MS Excel, MS word, SharePoint, One Drive, MS Teams, etc.).
• Should be independent, focused and a quick learner.
• Should possess excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in paraplanning services is a must (minimum of 6 months).
• Previous experience in Xplan, Midwinter, AdviserLogic, or Advice Intelligence is a must.
• Ability to work from 6.30 am to 3.30 pm is a must.
• Ability to work according to Australian Calendar is a must.

Job description

• Prepare accurate and compliant Statement of Advice (SOA) documents with a quick turn around time.
• Assist financial advisers in developing their financial strategies, file notes, etc.
