Junior Sales and Communications Executive

We’re looking for a self-motivated & results-oriented individual who can handle our sales and communications.

 

Responsibilities:

– Preparing & managing online orders for distribution
– Communicating with leads and clients on all platforms
– Handling product & packaging inventory
– Managing company website
– Updating inventory on systems
– Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to clients
– Preparing documents for international orders

 

 

Requirements:

 

– 1-2 years of experience in retail (Added advantage if it’s in the jewelry, fashion or beauty industry)
– Diploma/Bachelors in Business Administration/Management
– Interest in fashion
– Good problem solving skills
– Strong skills in using MS Excel and WordPress Backend
– Proficient in English
– Strong verbal & written communication skills
