Junior Systems & Network Engineer
We are in the process of expanding our team here at PROGRAMUS/ OPTIMO, we’re looking for talented individuals to work in a reassuring and dedicated environment as ‘ONE TEAM’.
Responsibilities
- Support in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Widows / Linux / Citrix systems.
- Install and update software and apps. (in new laptops and existing laptops).
- Support in Server Management.
- Support in Networking.
- Repair and troubleshoot laptops and other IT Assets, both software and hardware related.
- Update and maintain IT related records.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science / IT / Networking / Engineering or related field.
- Solid Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN IPSec) SD-WAN, vLAN, SD-branch, SASE and understanding VPN is a must.
- Good Communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 1-year work experience however freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in administering and performance tuning of firewalls (eg: Pfsense, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Experience in Cloud preferably in AWS, Azure & Google Cloud.
- Experience in storage management.
