Junior Trade Marketing / Channel & Category Development Manager Refreshment (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS

• Independent brand development for the Swiss market for 1 established ice cream brand
• Development of the brand strategy for Switzerland in coordination with the marketing team
• Implementation of media activities in Switzerland
• Development of the optimal portfolio mix for the Swiss market and implementation of the annual innovations
• Development of all relevant promotion and product range activities in coordination with the customer service, including the creation of POS materials to increase sales
• Creation of trade stories and annual meeting documents and support for customer advisors for brand presentations to customers
• Independent coordination of the start of the ice cream season in the retail trade in close coordination with the customer advisors
• Performance tracking, market data analysis and market research activities
• Category management projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• In-depth experience in sales and / or marketing (if possible in the FMCG area)
• Enthusiasm for brand development
• Communicative, open-minded personality with a high degree of teamwork
• Active and flexible personality with an independent way of working
• Solution-oriented approach to projects and challenges
• high degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Quick grasp
• Optimistic personality
• Ability to think networked with corresponding analytical skills
• German mother tongue, spoken and written, as well as English. French and Italian are an advantage.
• Office tools are required
