Job Description

The candidate will be engaged in resolving L1 only technicalqueries and basic troubleshooting for international clients by connecting withthem on call, email, remote and resolving issues like login, applicationinstallation, password locked, etc. 

Excellent English Communication is a must.

No mother tongue/local language influence on English isaccepted. 

Avoid Gaps in education and employment more than 4 years. 


·        Requires exceptionalverbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service andinterpersonal skills

·        Should have knowledge on basic desktopissues, printer installations, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware issues,Wireless issues.

·        Willingness to work inany shifts including night shifts

·         Accountable to answercustomer requests and assisting customer either by email/chat or over the phone

·        Should be flexible forvoice support

·        Ability to understandcustomer issue and route to appropriate team

·      Should be ITIL/MCP Foundation certified

·        Must be a strongcross-team collaborator

·        Requires the ability tothrive in a demanding, fast paced 24*7*365 operations support environment,which may occasionally require working after normal business hours or weekends.Candidates might need to extend support during Week Offs depending on thebusiness requirement

·        Basic knowledge aboutSystems, backup and Network

·        Ability to drive higherCustomer Satisfaction and maintain the defined SLA-s and KPI-s
