As Legal Officer, you will be required to review, negotiate, draft, and execute commercial / business contracts (taking into account local and global standards) and render legal advice to all relevant stakeholders. You will also perform a variety of professional duties in providing a full range of legal services related to the Company’s operation.

• Attorney-at-Law preferably with a LL.B
• 03 – 05 years of experience in drafting commercial / business contracts
• Should have knowledge on the principles and application of commercial / business contracts and intellectual property law
• Industry specific work experience is an added advantage
