Manufacturing Excellence Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive Integrated Work Systems (IWS) agenda across the organizational units

• Identify opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiencies in the organizational processes and drive initiatives for waste elimination

• Coaching and training people across organizational units on continuous improvement systems and tools

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills

• BSc Engineering in Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical or Chemical and Process Engineering or similar qualification

• In-depth understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles with added qualifications (Green/ Black belt)

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in designing, developing and driving continuous improvement systems and initiatives

• Critical thinking, problem-solving and facilitation skills
