Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive – Solutions. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing to promote Xiteb®’s solutions. The Marketing Executive will also be responsible for collaborating with the software development teams to develop marketing strategies for new products and services.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in Marketing or business development, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition with right STP
• Market Planning, Market Research, and Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the software development industry
• Partly qualification from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage.
• Sound memory with focused mindset is a must.

Additional qualifications that will be beneficial for this role include:

• Experience in business development, digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Experience in designing marketing collateral such as product sheets, whitepapers, and presentations
• Experience in the e-commerce industry
